On 3/12/09 we had our air ducts cleaned by this company, whose name should be changed to "DIRTY Air Technologies"! During the procedure something went terribly wrong and they blew dirty air back into our house through the air intake vents, creating a dirty and filthy mess in our house. I didn't notice the dirt until after the workers had left when I was sweeping the floors and noticed that the disposable floor cleaning cloth became black with dirt within a few seconds. All the floors were covered with black dirt, especially so in the rooms closest to the furnace and near the intake vents. I went through a whole box of the floor cloths (32!). The air smelled awful. I called the company and although this was during their regular business hours, nobody answered the phone.

Then we found 2 air intake vents they had not even cleaned.

The next day the owner came and absolutely refused to admit he and his assistant had done anything wrong, even though I showed him the dirty cloths. And in a following phone conversation, he told me that because I did not show him the dirt while the workers were actually performing the job, he was not responsible for any wrong doing. And then he proceeded to shower me with ethnically prejudiced remarks.

So if you're dying for a dirty house, workers who don't hold themselves accountable for their work and spout prejudiced remarks at you, call these guys! And make sure you follow them around your house with a camera, tape recorder, and white handkerchief.
