I ordered 5 Clean Cookn' oven cleaners in mid November. My credit card was charged 51.65 November 23, 2009 but I did not receive my order. Due to death in my immediate family, 94 year old mother going to the hospital same time in bad shape, lots of family problems during past 3 months, I forgot about order until recently. Now the phone number on my credit card withdrawal is no good and it is too late to ask for the credit card bank to look into matter and refund my money. What a rip off this place is.
