We hired Clean Dry Usa to clean 3 rooms with the coupon we found in Clipper Magazine. They quoted us a bigger amount of 125.00 we decided to do it. Big mistake we should of turned them away when they arrived in a black un-marked pick-up truck. They completed job told us to leave check blank and office person will complete it. Denied us a receipt.
Advertisement states 1-2 hours carpet will dry our living room took 4 days. Clean Dry technicians used to much water to clean our living room causing bad odor and mildew. Clean Dry returns phone calls hours later and always calls with a restricted number and different names. They do send tech back to home almost 2 days later but after the company is rude on phone calls and will not send manager to see damage.Tech does nothing different when he returns, he doesn't even speak to us. He is there for 10 min. Carpet gets worse and we realize they are not willing to correct problem. We stop payment on check Thank God! but now they claim we are longer their customers because we stopped check and they sent our account to collections the truth is we stopped being their customers the moment we had a problem.
They are now doing business as Clean N' Dry. The time they take answering to all these complaints should be used on taking care of their customer!
We were left with a smelly, mildew carpet, bad customer service, rude and dishonest company. No apology, no compassion for our stress. We are suing. I also went to Ca.gov consumers affairs to file a complaint. Made a complaint to BBB that they false advertising as a accredited business.
As of 3/12/09 I found this
