The same thing has happened to me although the charge of $79.95 is still pending on my account. I've canceled the "free no risk trial" with both Clean Whites and Dazzle Smile, however since I didn't send the product back to clean whites AT MY OWN COST before the 14 day trial was over (which started the day I ordered it so I had less than a week to do anything about it) their charge got through to my credit card. Of course they won't tell you on the website where it has to be shipped back to. You have to call, and out of the 5 different numbers I've been able to track down, I can't get anyone on the phone. So that's how they get you, because you have no chance of sending it back in time. Yeah, they make it sound so easy to just cancel and not get charged, but it's the biggest nightmare ever.
I contacted my bank, canceled my card and they put a block on those two companies. Once the charge clears, I can file a dispute. I've also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If anyone has already looked into a class action lawsuit against these companies I would love some more information. I think everyone who has filed a complaint should post their email address here. The more people we can get involved the better chance we'll have at getting somewhere.
