Clean whites Reviews

Scam
I wish I'd seen this website before I ordered Clean Whites. My credit card account was debited the day BEFORE the despatch date on the paperwork so no chance of my 14 day free trial! Since then 3 more unauthorised amounts have been made on the same day each month totally nearly $500. The last one made on the credit card number that I had to cancel 6 weeks ago because of them. How on earth did they do that - even the credit card company don't know how they've done it. I'm really really upset about this.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IT'S JUST AN EXCUSE TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND SCAM YOU.

Scam
I saw an add on cnn, claiming that a single mom had tried mixing two free trials from two separate teeth whitening companies and it had marvelous results. Neither worked so I canceled both, but each sent me another supply, and charged my credit card $80+ dollars! Dazzle smile refunded my money, but clean whites wont return calls, and refuses a refund when emailed. They say the trial ended before i canceled, but that is not true at all. The trial doesn't give you time to try it! Its a scam, dont order it! I even canceled my order the day after I originally ordered it! I did this because they contacted me that day wanting me to buy more stuff! I knew that second that it was a scam. Pleae do not buy their product. First off it doesn't even work, and 2nd you will be charged forever and the only way to stop it is to cancel our bank account or credit card!

UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT
I LIKE MANY OTHERS PURCHASED A TRIAL PERIOD FOR THESE CLEAN WHITES THEN AFTER A FEW WEEKS WAS CHARGED £96. aFTER CALLING THEM THEY TOLD ME IT WAS FOR A MEMBERSHIP FEE WHICH WAS NONE REFUNDABLE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CARRY ON LIKE THIS.

This is a MAJOR SCAM
If you do this 14 day trial, you will get the run around and your card will continue to get debited over and over and over and over even after you cancel your membership. You will have to close your account completely. Please warn everyone you can not to do this. This is the biggest SCAM I have ever been exposed to and it's irritating. I live where we had 2 back to back blizzards. I had only and hour to get to the nearest store for supplies and found out this company debited my card for the second time without my approval and refused to reimburse even when I told them I still have the cancellation e-mail.

unauthorised payments taken
"free trial" dental cleaning product ordered and then cancelled when a payment for £19 was taken, since then 2 more payments totalling another £82 have been taken, no answer to refund requests

No goods receicved but money taken from my account
I ordered some teeth whitening product online which was a free trial service at the beginning of December sometime. As it is now February 3rd I just put it down to a scam and as I have never received a free trial. This morning I went on my online banking with the Halifax to find that £82.95 had beentaken from my account. I was and am absolutely horrified and feel sick to the stomach as it has used up my overdraft facility and I have been charged £60 from my bank as there is no money in my account for the 2 direct debits that shold have come out today. Please could you let me know if there is anything I can do to get this money back.

Teeth Whitening Scam
I signed up for the free trial, for which I was charged £7.37 for postage, on 13th November 2009.
On 8th December £54.10 was taken from my bank account and again on 15th December £55.16 was taken and I have received nothing in return for this money.
No-one has contacted me and I am getting into serious debt. I don't have a phone with which to call their number and can't seem to get into their website to cancel whatever they are charging me for. As I live in the UK I am totally stuck as to what to do next.
I can't afford for this to go on!

FRAUD
Avoid like the plague. They advertise 'free trial' then hit credit/debit card hard if you're naive enough to give details. They make various visits to the well under different names - Access Cleans, Beuty Club, Finally White, SUP.Smilebright, Finally White. They ALL deny any responsibility even ADMITTING they don't ship to the UK despite abusing UK card details. Naturally no merchandise is forthcoming even in the event of any order being placed.

Not a free trial like stated
They offer a free trial version of the product and what they don't say is that they will charge your card $80 a month after 14 days of using the product. I had 2 $80 charges to my card before I got my statement and could realize what they had done. The product didn't even work. It was supposed to be a tube with whitening creme in it and there was never anything in the tube!!! I called and they won't refund my money. They are a scam, watch out!!!

Did not order nothing but Free Sample
I order the free sample but did not want to start sending me a supply every month. The
only thing I wanted was to pay the $3.95 shipping for a free sample. I am having trouble
get customer service. I am return everything I have received from them and writing them
a letter. Please tell other people to not sign up for the free sample. Joan Chandler
