Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card
Gave my credit card number to (2) other companies, charged my account #87.62 AND #79.95 WITHOUT my authorization. I had cancelled my future shipments and was advised on the internet that the product DID NOT have to be returned. I printed that cancellation but still am being charged. Called and left a voice mail and my credit card company is disputing the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

billing
I called Clean Whites and was able to get $40 off the charges and a confirmation # that they would not send more products. I did not know they were going to send and charge me for more products!!! My bank said that it is legal to charge full price for a "free sample" and other products if they only provide a link to the fine print. I also signed up for Dazzle Smile at the same time and altho the package says NOTHING about having to cancel in x # of days or weeks, the bank said they will charge me. I am now on hold with DazzleSmile...

Scam
Free trial is a complete scam. They charge you only 99 cents shipping; however, they immediately call to advise the first full month will be shipped with trial offer. I refused any further product and advised no additional charge should be made to my credit card. As of that time only the 99 cents shipping was charged as verified by my credit card company. However, the so called free trial arrives and advises you in letter that additional month is included and you will be billed for product. I received only the trial offer. Tried to cancel on line as advised in letter, but you have to agree to another $6.99 charge for them to email you a UPS label to return the "jar". Called the toll free number provided and incompetent tells you you must return the "FREE trial" in order to avoid additional charge and pay $6.99. Says that the free trial is actually a month's supply. Well if the two little vials are for a month, at a charge of $79.95 it surely is a rip-off. Still waiting for a manger's return call -- they had time to email rep that call would be returned, but too busy with another customer to take call at time. TOTAL SCAM !!!

Free Trial
I saw the ad for both products Dazzle White and Clean Whites. They suggested that you use both products Dazzle White and Clean Whites to really work. I gave them my credit card info to pay the shipping and handling for a "14 day no risk trial", and before I received the product, I had an associate call and ask me information on my credit card billing address. I told her that I had not received the product as yet and not to bill my card. She sounded insistant so I told her to just cancel the order. The other product from the same company arrived in the mail a few days later and I immediately called the number on my card statement and told them that I was returning the un-opened product . She said as long as they received the product within 10 days they will not charge my credit card. The very next day the billed my card for $79.95 and I had to pay shipping for the two products, one of which never arrived and of course the shipping to send the product back. These people are serious scammers and I would like to see them in striped suits behind bars. Lets write to every Government office and/or Authority until we catch these unscrupulous varmins. I have already wrote to the Better Business Bureau of S.E Florida and the Caribbean and the Federal Trade Commission, also I will be searching for more sites as most have complaint forms that you fill out right online.

Complain Scam
This is a complete scam. Free trial is untrue. I found out I was charged $79.28 only when I logged on to check my bank account online. And I was actually charged that amount 2 times, the next time was 1 week later. What a joke.
Then I called the number next to the charge on my credit card statement and it was just a busy signal. Every single time I called. Finally I found the real number by searching the the information I had in my credit card bill.
When I did get a hold of him he said to just return the unused product, fortunately I had not used it. But what if I did? It is a "free" trial right?
What a joke!
Read everyone else's complaints about this as well.

SCAM
I just got off the phone with the company and I am FURIOUS!!! Unfortunately all of these BAD comments are true. I wish I would have read these comments before I CLICKED THE OK BUTTON online because apperently thats all you have to do.
How do we get the word out about this BOGUS company?
I actually feel stupid that I ever gave my credit card number for my risk free trial. But after $0.99 + $49.95 + $6.99 + $6.99 + $79.95 + the unsettling idea that these people have my credit card #, I learned my lesson.
Don't be a dumb ass like me...DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT or get involved with this company at all!
