FREE TRIAL SCAM !!!!!
I was introduced to CLEAN WHITES by way of MSN internet browser. The advertisement offer sounded interesting & worth following up on. Till I was woke up the next early morning by way of non stop phone calls from CLEAN WHITES. Their professional fast talking telemarketers are trained to get you nice & early so your not really focused on what your about to get scammed on! They also have you recorded for litigation reasons once your on to their scam & after you become aware of charges made on your bank statement. Little did we know we were being charged 99 cents for the free trial offer, Then secretly charge $79.95 to your account. "Mind you" this is all in a 15 second phone call. Heres the best part of their professional buisness. When you cancel it on the internet, they still send you their product & charge you for it. Now you are hot at the collar! When you call directly they have a well trained telemarketer trying to justify the need to wait 5 weeks for my money back, then charging you $6.99 for a more expensive UPS return shipping label when they originally sent their item at a cheaper first class US Postal Service. Lets See their mentality. If They can get 1 million people to put $79.95 into their bank account "Do The Math" & I hold on to it for 5 weeks, "Do the math" How much interest could I make on a monthly basis? "Do the math" 12 months a year for an item that I know they will return. What keep's it legal is they actually send you a simple box 5 times the size of the product they know you will look to return. They make out like bigger bandits when discusted people just take it as a loss & dont return it and just forget about it. BE VERY AWARE OF THESE SCAMMS!
SHAME ON MSN TO ALLOW THIS TYPE OF SCAMM'S ON THEIR WEB SITES!
I WILL FOLLOW THIS UP TO EHE END!!!

False Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
I ordered a teeth whitening product from HealthCLNS on 9/8/09. It was sample price of 99 cents.
When they called later that day to confirm the order, they tried to get me to agree to an automatic reorder of the product. I specifically told the agent that I did not want any kind of automatic order, that I would try the product and re-order if I liked it. The product does not work so I had no intention of reordering it.
When I received my credit card statement on 9/29/09, I saw a $79.95 charge from HealthCLNS dated 9/21/09. I called the number listed on the credit card statement and waited on hold for a long time; probably about 10 minutes. I finally chose the option to leave a message. Their voice mail said someone would get back to me within one business day. I read my name and number two times. This was around 4:00pm. As of a day later, no one had called me back and I am forced to initiate a charge-back via my credit card.
Avoid this company - difficult to get hold of, dishonest, and the product does not work

Bogus company
Do not order this product!!! You will end up getting bogus charges to your account without any product being shipped. It is a nightmare and difficult to cancel and get resolved. There should be criminal charges against this company. I am 400.00 overdrawn because of bogus charges and NFS funds. I am trying to resolve this with my bank to at least get the NFS dropped.

scam
Clean whites is nothing but a scam. I ordered the free trial offer, just pay shipping. Of caorse to do this you have to give them your credit card number. I received the order and called to cancel. I was told to cancel I would have to return the unused portion with a UPS label which cost $6.95. I had about 24 hours left to do this. Even if I canceled I would be charged almost $90 for the first shipment, which I had not received yet. They would charge my account even if I cancel and refuse the scheduled shipments. None of this was explained in their web site. Very polished testimony from CBS and various references. I haven't even tried the product yet. but this is nothing but a total scam. I called my credit card company today and told them of my conversation. I also canceled the card preventing Clean whites from any future charges. Don't get sucked into this scam .a9b63

14 day free trial scam
There were actually two products I ordered from a fake article about saving money and getting your teeth white for only about $3.99. They recommend you order both Dazzle Smile Pro and Clean Whites from two different sites and use the two codes they give you to get the discount. Well the 14 days on both start when the order is made, and there is no way you can use them in 14 days to see if they work. One company didn't send anything about sending it back in for a cancellation before the 14 days and the other one did but both were additional expenses at the post office. Then at the end of 14 days I got two additional charges on my credit card because even though I canceled the membership that I didn't know I had, I didn't cancel the on line magazine I didn't know I ordered. So I had to call each company and my credit card company to see what they could do and the company said they would cancel my membership with them (That I didn't know I had). One of them credited my card...still waiting on the other to credit my card. I'm concerned that I will see other charges for things I don't know I have done. All this for white teeth...never again will I do a 14 day trial.
