I also signed up for the "free trial" and after giving them my credit card information for the shipping charges, they offered me product every thirty days for the "small" charge of ONLY $79.95 per month. I absolutely declined this "offer". I also got a phone call the next day to verify that it was ok to send me the "extra" kit every thirty days, etc. I informed them at that time that I had already rejected the offer online, and instructed them to cancel everything, including the free trial. (I was getting a bad feeling about the whole deal). Earlier today, I was checking my statement and discovered not only did they go ahead and charge me the $79 but they charged me TWICE. I only discovered it because I was checking my account online. I never received any additional product. I did receive my "free trial" which consisted of a couple 1 cc syringes of whitening and remineralizing, and cheapo mouth trays, and a touch up pen.
I called the "customer service" and talked to some snotty hispanic guy, who proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes then cut off the call. I called back and spoke to a nice young lady named Michelle, but they would not refund my money immediately. She was very polite, but said they had to run a trace on the product.
This is a major ripoff. They will charge you immediately after accepting the free trial and every month until you "cancel"
