Myself and 4 other couples bought a travel package from this guy for the NE Patriot/Dallas game in Dallas
in Oct. last year. We bought the packages, including airfair, hotel, and game tickets for $1500 per couple in August and got a letter paid in full. This was before football season and before either of the teams were anybody. The travel agent, Steve Shain, then sent a contract that he said was a formality and we needed to sign it before he sent the packages. It said that he could charge us extra for unexpected charges.

Long sory short, he never bought the packages in Aug like someone would expect a travel agent to do. He waited till 10 days before this huge game to start buying stuff and just racked up peoples creditcards for more than the original trip in the first place again.

The worst part is I checked expedia 4 days before the game and hotel and airfair had not changed and tickets were still able to be gotten for about $150 each. This man has a systematic way of using his little contract as a license to steal.

We also feel that this is done on a regular basis with this guy it was not just for this one event.t
