Failure to provide me with Franchaise and refused to refund my money

CleanNet took my money for a Franchaise in 2008, they did not provide the Franchais and refused to refund my $3200.00 I would like for everyone to be very careful in doing any business with these Guys. I am still looking for someone to help me get back my money
