This is abad place to work, management treats garbage better than the employees. The culture is the exact opposite of what the mission and vision states. Managers are paid less than hourly and are expected to work 50+ hours.
This company has a huge amount of talent but refuses to use or listen to any of the hourly workers.
The shifts are constantly at odds with each other because the boss has his favorites...
