Ripped off
I sent off for some 'Cleansing Tablets' which should of cost only £3.00 and ended up being charged from my bank account £125.99 plus £1.00 overseas charge and in which put me in debt with my bank account by me being charged o/d fee of £6.15. so in total for something that should of cost only £3.00 in the end cost me £135.15...a bloody ripoff if ever ive heard of one that sure is. I spoke to the company customer services (today 11th may 11) and explained i wasnt happy about this and also the fact that I was in debt and being charged by the bank too, they said it was in my terms and conditions, which I should of replied to in 3 working days by email, if not happy about the terms and conditions .
The charge of £122.00 is for the usage of their website which gives me a 'lifetime' membership to it she said, i dont even want a 'lifetime' membership. And i wasnt aware of the terms and conditions given or the 3 days cooling of period until i spoke to her.

unauthorised deductions from my bank account
I ordered the above product which was advertised as costing £2.99p. Although I received the product before I did so the retailer had deducted two separate amounts of money from my bank - both of which were unauthorised. In an attempt to rectify this I tried to call the company but the number given was not manned. I also tried to email the company but no email address was available. I contacted my bank but have been advised I cannot reclaim the payments as the money has already left my account. In total for my tablets costing £2.99p I have lost the total amount of £189 approx with deductions being taken for a product called joint relief and trimdown of which I have not applied or heard of. Can anyone help as I really need to find out how I can get my money re-embursed. Helen

Too strong to be taken
Had tried similar product . 60 pills for $16.00 and here they charge $99.95 for 2 bottles without telling us the real cost of the product.
There is a 14 day trial, but not having the mail delivered to me at my home, and not being around to pick it up during the specified time, made it impossible to return it during the trial period. was never able to use the ones from the natural food store and after 2 pills from this company I was affected the same way as the first product I had tried. could not leave the house at all .
They are impossible to reach by phone, and had to cancel my card in order to stop them from charging me $99.95 @mo. I have no problem returning the product for a full refund

Money deducted without authority
I took advantage of free trial for Cleanse Aware paying just for the postage, on the same day, this company 'Better Health' also took $99.95 (around £65) from my bank account. I have just been told that they have taken ANOTHER $99.95 a month later and my bank - Santander- say they cannot stop them taking money from my account. I have been unable to contact this company so my only option is to close my bank account! How mad am I!!! Any one out there with a solution?

Unauthorised debit card transactions
I took up an offer of a free trial of Cleanse Aware but my bank account has been "mugged" for 2 payments of $99. I need to contact Better Health by email to cancel the transactions but do not have an email address.

money deducted without permission
I have accepted an offer of a free trial of one bottle of Cleanse aware with condition that postage be paid by me. However I received two deliveries each contains two bottles and deduction of the postage of $7.67 on the 4th November 2010 and a further deduction of $99.52 on the same day. The following month of December another dedution of $102.4 was drawn from my account for no other reason. A further check with my bank for the month of January there were two further deductions from Better Health. I think the relevent authority should do somthing to stop this on-line scam.
