I ordered two products 'on trial' with this company after reading a very favourable review from a British journalist. I had expected to pay around £20 for the whole package but was shocked to find my credit card had been debited by nearly $400 ! I eventually tracked down a contact number for this company but on speaking to an employee, was less than impressed to hear some rhetoric about a cancellation period which I had missed and apparently only lasted ten minutes anyway. He confirmed that I was committed to the sale and there was 'nothing that could be done'. I expressed my anger at the way they had gone about this transaction and as the product had not even arrived (one month down the line !) I insisted on a complete refund which he not surprisingly refused but promised my product would be delivered shortly. Six weeks later and I have just received 60 capsules of a 'Healthy Colon' product which currently equates to about £3.40 per capsule !
This whole business is disgraceful and I wonder if there is an international Ombudsman to whom I may refer this case and prevent others being 'stung' in the same way ?

A company called Bettter Health has been paid a sum of £63.61 via my credit card. I have never ordered anything from this company and in fact I have never heard of them. I did however order via an ad on facebook a free sample of a product called cleanse which I duly received and for which they asked for postage in the amount of £2.95 This I paid for via my credit card This also however comes up on my credit card statement as this better health company. My card provider say they can do nothing in this matter unless I send them a copy of a letter cancelling the supposed agreement. This I am unable to do as I have know idea who this company is and can only assume it is related to this Bodyscience llc for whom I have no address.
