charged my account $86.42, 2times in 1 month
I ordered a one time offer of acai berry for 99cents. then colon cleanse charged me $86.42 on 8-4-09 and 8-17-09. How do I get my money back ? I recieved no product either.

On 8-11-09 I ordered the AcaiBerry Detox for $.99 and the Life Cleanse for $.99. Both were supposed to be 30 day free trials. On 8-25-09 my account was charged $87.13 twice for a total of $174.26. I never authorized this! I did not try either one of the products. The Detox one contained caffeine, which I cannot take. The other one I just received on 8-31-09 and realized the scam these people are running. The Detox bottle says it is distributed by FWM Laboratories in Hollywood, Fl. 33020. The Life Cleanse says it is distributed by VIV3 Ltd, Unit 5, Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 7QY UK. The recipt I printed says the company name is Information Tech Systems, Ltd., 4 Charlesford Avenue, Kingswood, Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom, ME17 3PH. I googled Cleanse Gold and up popped the Complaints Board. Then I realized I had been conned. These people are real sleaze balls and they belong in jail. I would like to see criminal prosecution against them. I will support a civil action. I am going to my bank to cancel my card if necessary and I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General.

Like everyone else here, we got scammed on the "Free Trial Offer" for .99 cents shipping. On August 13, 2009 we received a charge for $86.42 & on August 28, 2009 we received another for the same amount. Furious, I called these companies after the first charge, only to find a voicemail loop with no way to get out to a real person. This afternoon, after receiving the 2nd charge, I was furious & managed to hit the right combination of buttons on both numbers, 877-221-6231 & 866-736-1040. After getting no where with a CSR, I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Kim Smith who provided me with 2 RMA (return merchandise authorization) numbers. Once returned, my account will be credited.
The scam here is that YOU have to call & cancel your account within some ridiculous time frame like 15 days or you will be billed the fuill amount. Apparentaly, they run on a 15 day cycle given then 2nd charge.
As an aside, you can the Acai berry supplement at ANY Walgreen's, CVS or GNC store for a fraction of the cost of these businesses. I found Acai at CVS for less than $5.00 per bottle. SAME ingredients.

Never ordered or gave credit card
I have no idea what this is for. I went on line after seeing the charge on my bank statement and saw that it is a cleansing treatment which I NEVER ordered or even received an email from. I DID NOT give them my credit card information so I don't know who they received it. I need a full credit from them and will dispute with my bank. Upon calling the number on my bank statement, they just keep you hold FOREVER and no one ever picked up. It's a SCAM and something needs to be done. I was charged $87.13 and no idea how they got my debit card number. Some other on line vendor must be allowing this information to go out to other vendors. I have order a couple of things on line recently.
