12-23-09 We received three more shipments, which I returned the same day

12-28-09 My wife followed up with BofA and was told to wait 30 days for

SUP WOLDFIT 866-4075590 12/26 12/25 1162 $24.13

Although we'd complained to "Cleanwhites", contacted BofA that this Operation seems to be a scam, the shipments continued. My wife who has severe Parkinson's Disease and broke her hip on 12/30/09, had surgery and thereafter four weeks rehab, got very upset about this entire matter, and is suffering unnecessarily during this whole ordeal.

We finally got a cancellation number 228883 for SUP WORLDFIT and on January 2nd four similar emails from "[email protected]":
"Thank you for using Cleanwhites!
We have received your cancellation and you will no longer receive shipments from us. There is no reason to return your products or take further action; your cancellation is now complete.
Please enjoy your remaining supply of Cleanwhites and we hope to one day earn your business again.
Best,
Cleanwhites Customer Service"

01-14-10 Following a telephone conversation with the "Premium White" employee Fatima, explaining this fraudulent transactions, I sent a fax with the following text as she had suggested:
"FAX 405-621-6384
Premium White

Aurora, OH 80019
This is in reference to our telephone conversation on Jan.14th, 2010, I am sending you my December 2009 BofA Statement (Attachment 1).
Contrary to the bank statement I have only received three packages, which I have not opened and immediately returned on 12/23/09 to the sender (see USPS attachment 2).
I have contacted BofA accordingly and reported the invalid charges in the amount of $545.84.
Please make the necessary corrections immediately.
Thank you
Helmut Krueger"

We have never received a reply from "Cleanwhites", "Accesscleans", "Teethwhite", "Premium White" or whatever new name they have now invented to continue with their scam. The employees are also guilty of fraud because they knowingly participate in this swindle operation!

When we called the Dispute Department of BofA we were very surprised about the response of Mr. Anthony Tester and his colleagues: They referred to the small print on advertising of the trial offer page, which is supposed to state that we should have cancelled our "test trial" within 14 days to avoid further charges. I have checked all documents and can confirm that there is no such cancellation notice.

Checking the Internet you will notice that the "Cleanwhite" website states, "We are no longer taking new orders. We will continue to service [?] our existing customers.
Coastplaza Trading Ltd Office 20, 6 Ioanni Stylianou Nicosia 2003 CYP". Note: Google at

I also noticed that we are not the only "customers" who have been ripped off by these swindlers. I have never seen so many complaints on the Internet from people who have tried Cleanwhites, Teethwhite, etc.

How can this go on and on? Isn't there anyone who will stop this grand scam operation?

We can ill afford to lose $550 for services we have not ordered or used after receiving this trash, and these thieves get away with their fraudulent activities.

Can no one help? Please do something. Thank you.

Unauthorized charges
On 09/04/2009 I ordered the CleanWhites product online; I paid 99 cents for shipping. It touted a 14-day "risk-free" trial. On 09/08/2009 I spoke with a CleanWhites Customer Svc Rep and clearly stated to her that I did not want to be enrolled in the program, I did not want any more of the product, and "do not charge anything to my card". On 10/05/2009 there were 02 charges made to my card: $79.95 (program enrollment fee) + $2.38 (foreign transaction fee), both originating from CleanWhites. And these 02 unauthorized debits caused 03 overdrafts/NSF incidents, which the bank charged me $33.00 each for! I tried to contact them by phone and via their website, but was unsuccessful. I then filed a claim with my bank. While in the early stages of the complaint/investigation process, my bank changed from WaMu to Chase, which further complicated things. In January 2010 I filed a complaint with BBB and with FTC. To date - 05 months, hundreds of phone calls and emails, and countless hours later - I STILL have not received a refund from the company, and because they aren't able to credit the fees back to my bank card (I cancelled it so they couldn't steal any more money from me), the bank won't reverse the overdraft/NSF fees (a total of $99.00)! Today, I sent my last demand email to CleanWhites and gave them a deadline.

Took money from my credit card twice (119.02 USD each time) for a free sample which does not even work
I ordered the cleanwhites, thinking it was a bonifide product. It was a free sample of two kinds. Something like cleaning and polishing. Instead I get twicw the same product.. "Cleanwhites Professional Strength Teeth Whitening System" - having a picture of beautiful Miss Carmen Electra on the front and back of the packaging- and then after four days 119.02 USD (twice the same amount) was drawn out of my VISA card on 4th February 2010.

I phoned my VISA card supplier, but only paperwork is sent to me to fill in. They also told me it was a scam.
I cancelled my card, another one is sent to me. What a pity, I thought that the internet was more secure than that !!! Companies should be checked before allowed to trade... Well how stupid of me to think like that. I will think again if I have to buy anything via the Internet again. I BELIEVE THAT SCAMS LIKE THIS WILL DESTROY THE INTERNET INDUSTRY. NO TRUST IN IT ANYMORE. PITY... PITY..

Fraud
Cleanwhites have proceeded to take £53.70 from my account, even though I checked the box not to commit. I contacted my bank immediately who asked me to cal the number they had for the company. On all sides I was rebuffed, ending in the Cleanwhites' 'Customer Service' representative informing me that my order number (which I had received from them on application) did not exist, even though I had the trial product and the money had been taken from my account. Again, the 14 day trial had not ended before they took this money. My bank has said they will now bar anymore payments and will try and help recover this money but they have been inundated with similar stories. I am also very worried about the knowck on effect of other companies under the Cleanwhites umbrella, of which there seem to be many. I feel like a complete mug. Interesting that they are now hitting the UK!

Fraud
I ordered from Cleanwhites and another... Charged for s&h... got a product from one compnay but not the other. Billed for cleanwhite and then two chrges for "Prohealth" which I never signed up for. Contacted my Credit card company, said to call back in 30 days if I did not recieve a product. Contacted cleanwhite got them to cancel (I thought) my "membership" they said to send back unopened product and they provided a cancellation/refund number. Never got a product. Contacted my CC company 30 days later, told them what transpired between me and the company, sent them my e-mails as evidence. They reversed the charges back to my CC and am having the other two charges reversed as well. Then I cancelled my credit card! Do NOT KEEP YOUR CRDIT CARD - they have your number!!! tell the card company you are afraid it will be used for fraudulant reasons and want a new card - they will oblige... If you want to sleep at night do it!!! Hope this helps...
