Unauthorized Charges
This company operates as a business entity in Miami, Fl --- I know caveat emptor, but let's be frank they do not provide customer service and their ads are very misleading. Like everyone else who has complained about them on this board they advertise one thing and then do not allow you to refute any charges nor will they deal with your credit card company on disputes.
They also have limitations on when you can return things and how long they allow you for transit of the returned product along with many caveats
concerning time limits and so forth. Basically what they are doing is scamming the public into believing they have a product that you can't live without and then they will charge your credit card with authorization for products that they ship at their own whim.
They are basically a crime and disservice to the American Public. I recommend that every one avoid them and not do business with them.

big fraud
This company should be stopped! I ordered the free trial and then cancelled but i have been charged over 340.00 for nothing i even have the e- mails where i icnncelled they sent me . I had to block my credit cards to stop them, no one should buy anything from this company and they should not be allowed to advertise on the web

A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY SEND THE PRODUCT THEN CHARGE YOU 79.95 BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD WHICH IS HIDDEN IN THE SMALL PRINT THAT THE FREE TRIAL IS NOT A FREE TRIAL AT ALL. THEN YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLED IN OTHER SCAMS ACORDING TO THE SMALL OBSCURE AGREEMENTS, BY THEN IT IS TOO LATE AS THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND YOUR PRETTY MUCH SCREWED

Unauthorized Charges to Debit Card
This company is fraudulent and based somewhere out of the U.S. They have worked together with DazzleSmile to pull off a pretty good scam. I've been charged close to $200 between the 2 companies and cannot get a refund through my bank, so far.
DO NOT order any "free" sample from them - they are frauds! I heard about it this through an article stating that a local "mom" in Alpharetta, GA tried the free samples and it worked for her. I, along with many, fell for the scam! Please report this to everyone you know so that they are stopped.

unauthorized charges
I purchased a trial tooth whitener on line. Someone from the company then called me a few days later and tried to sell me more product. I refused, told him in no uncertain terms that I DID NOT want any more whitening product and I emphasized that they WERE NOT to put any additional charges on my card. There have now been two unauthorized charges to my CitiCard of $79 and $89 and I am contesting those with the bank. I have never received any product from this company other than the original one which I paid for. The charge on my card states that it comes from Cyprus.

I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF CLEAN WHITES DENTAL WHITENING KIT WHICH COST .99 SHIPPING.
AFTER RECEIVING THE KIT THE ORDER RECEIPT STATED THAT I HAD A 14 DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL. THE DATE ON THE RECEIPT FOR THE EXPIRATION OF THE TRIAL WAS ALREADY DOWN TO 9 DAYS. IT ALSO STATED THAT I WOULD BE BILLED MONTHLY A TOTAL OF 85.90 FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM. TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP I HAD TO VISIT THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUEST A RETURN UPS LABEL. I DID SO IMMEDIATELY. I WAS THEN BILLED 6.99 TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE LABEL. AFTER CALLING THEM PERSONALLY AND INQUIRING ABOUT THE CHARGE THEY SAID THAT WAS THEIR POLICY AND I HAD TO USE THEIR LABEL. I RETURNED THE PRODUCT. TWO DAYS LATER I WAS BILLED 87.62. THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I'VE EVER BEEN DUPED INTO BY AOL. IF NECESSAY I WILL CONSULT A LAWYER TO PUT PRESSURE ON THESE CRIMINALS.

bogus free trial
I purchased a 14 Day Risk Free Trial for teeth whitening trays. I received the product 12 days after my initial order and was surprised to see that my 14 day trial ended 3 days later. I followed the directions to cancel my monthly delivery by going to the website and was surprised when I couldn't actually log on to the site. The log in screen said it would email me my log in information, but never did. Of course, my deadline was a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays. That Monday morning I was surprised to see a charge on my account for $ 79.95. I called the number that appeared on my bank statement and was told that the trial actually begins the day the order is placed (even though I didn't receive the product until 12 days after I ordered it). I was able to cancel the automatic monthly charge but they would not credit my account for the $ 79.95 already charged. This is a total SCAM!!! I want my money back!!!

This company really has one going. I don't know how these people can work there and sleep at night. THey use hidden "Terms and agreements" and then start sending and billing you immediately. They need to be shut down. I am going to contact the Better Business and MD state's attorney. BE aware!!!

I didn't open mail for awhile due to a family member being in serious condition in the hospital so that is how they scammed me. Over $500 appeared on my credit card statement between 10/16/09 -11/1/09. I contacted Cleanwhites and of course they said they aren't willing to refund the money even though I returned all products unopened including the trial product. I was able to get the tracking information from them so I now know they billed my account 7 days after the product was delivered. THIS IS NOT A 14 DAY TRAIL except in their mind. My credit card company reversed the charges for now but I'm sure Cleanwhites probably won't let it go. I just sent an email to my credit card vendor and asked if they would accept the tracking information that proves they billed my account before the 14 day trail expired. I also shared this complaintboard.com site with my credit card vendor so they can see how many people have complained. Maybe we should contact an attorney regarding a class action suit. I believe the advertisement said something like Mom finds teeth whitening trick - YES IT IS A TRICK! I hope some of you can persuade your credit card company to reverse the charges. I plan to file a complaint with the Miami Better Business Bureau.
