FRAUD
Paid for a "free sample" in Oct - now received Touch-up Pens and got charged $83.90. Called the company and was told I "signed up" for this product. I argued that didn't see any such disclaimer on the website when I ordered the free sample, and could not afford $83.90. They agreed to take my name off future shipments, but there was nothing I could do about this shipment and charge. Can someone help me with this? [email protected] |

hidden charges/unauthorized charges
I was charged $79.95 for my 'trial' shipment of Cleanwhites that I did not agree to purchase. The letter that accompanied the trial kit says that the trial period ends on 11/10/09. I did call to cancel my account on 11/10/09, however, the customer service rep (I believe her name was Iris) told me that the trial ended 11/09/09 and was the last day to cancel my account. We argued about what the letter said and when the trial was over. The rep told me she could not refund my $79.95 since it was too late to do so, since the trial period was over. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she said supervisors do not take calls. After many repeated requests to speak with a supervisor, Iris put me on hold. After about 15 minutes, I spoke with a supervisor who told the same story as Iris and refused to reverse the $79.95 charge. When I asked, the supervisor did not know who owned the company. He told me to write a letter to the company and it would be given to the owner of the company. The total time of this phone call was 59 minutes 48 seconds. I also called my bank to dispute the charge. The bank canceled my debit card so the company cannot charge any other unauthorized charges.

I fell for this scam from ad on Foxnews website. I am also contacting Foxnews who I no longer trust. No turning back. The ad ran for at least one maybe two months. If Foxnews can not be trusted to research their advertisers, then they can not be trusted to research news items.
Goodbye Foxnews, Goodbye CleanScam.

cancelled and still be charged for product and have not even receeived product
How stupid was I? Belived the ad on my computer AOL website.
Free trial for only $1.95. I didn't read the fine print tand I had just signed up for the Delivery Rewards Program! I called and cancelled the order and received from them a cancellation number along with a UPS label they sent in the mail to return the product, which I did. In looking at a current credit card statement they have now charged me with TWO, not one %79.95 charges on my within a week of each other and I have not received any product. What a bogus croaked company.
Since it is Sunday night, I will call this scum company tomorrow, call my bank and work on getting a story about them the local TV station I work with. Maybe we can stop them from ripping someone else off!

SCAM... foreign.
Well first of all sorry at all for my bad english.
I'm writing this complaint because i bought the trial package of cleanwhites (and idolteeth if i remember well) from a site provided by MSN where an housewife discovered these incredible products.
Reading the other complaints i undrstood that i've benn scammed.
And now what i have to do? I ordered this product 2 weeks ago... so they may have yet took from the credit card the 80€ (but i'm not sure... maybe no maybe worst than 80€).
The problem is that i'm not soo good speaking english... the costumer's telephone number is from America, i have to speack with an american thief.
There isn't a way to this using the e-email?
Maybe at this point is better if i frooze the credit card.
Please help me!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF-DOES NOT WORK
i got ripped off while watching CNN news online of some stayhome mom who tried 2 online trial whitening products for $.99 & $1.90 etc... & had amazing results...
when i got the product & used it as directed & noticed not only that THIS DOES NOT WORK but my teeth was becoming very sensitive & started becoming suspecious of the product & did my research only to find out that these companies where ripping innocent people...
when i checked my credit card statement there where 5 charges of different amounts in a matter of few weeks..$43.81, $87.62, $83.76, $74.00... i just could not believe it. they operate & charge under different names VERIMI, ELITE PACK, CLEANWHITES, DURAWHITES ETC ETC...
I called my C card company & put a hold on some charges & had to freeze my account & lateronn close it cause now am sure my identity is also stolen by these CROOKS...
THIS COMPANY IS SET MAINLY TO RIP OFF PEOPLE... NOT ONLY DOES IT NOT WORK, IT ALSO DESTROYS THE QUALITY OF YOUR TOOTH.
these people will charge you even before you see the product... i am sooo mad at my self for not doinn my homework before i fell for them. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL LEARN FROM MY FOOLISHNESS...

I dont understand, i was scared to try the 14-day trial, these complaints out weigh the good ones. I tried the product it wasnt for me... but i did not have any problem cancelling. I actually did it online, got my return label and shipped it within the 10 day window... I have not been charged ever since :)

This is a scam. Do not fall for these thieves. All this is, is a scam to get your money. You will be getting automatic bills from several sources and if you do not catch it in time you will these thieves will be charging your credit card for a lot of money.
