Free trial offer is fraud
A COMPLETE FRAUD AND NOT A FREE TRIAL. THEY SEND THE PRODUCT THEN CHARGE YOU 79.95. A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED THE "FREE SAMPLE" ON LINE TRYING TO SELL ME MORE PRODUCT AND I TOLD HIM I ONLY WANTED THE FREE SAMPLE. HIDDEN IN THE SMALL PRINT IS THAT THE FREE TRIAL IS NOT A FREE TRIAL AT ALL. MSN WEBSITE WAS WHERE I FOUND IT AND THEY SHOULD REMOVE THIS SCAM. I SPOKE TO A PHONE REPRESENTATIVE AT CLEANWHITES NAMED SHAWN WHO REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!

FRAUD
If you see charges for HEALTHCINS or UTILFRESHWELL on your credit card, these are FRAUD. You likely requested a free teeth cleaning (shipping and handling not included) device from one of these companies. Usually the charge for that is about $2. They then claim you failed to cancel your free trial so they will bill you every 30 days for about $80 and will resend their little cheap device.

You will need to cancel your credit card and get a new one and have your bank go after them.

The companies that put their ad on their websites are also reprehensible for contributing to this FRAUD!

Free trial scam
The whole package is a scam. The trial period of 14 days starts from the day of order (THEY NEVER TELL YOU THIS). Even if it takes 14 days before you receive the product. On the 14th day you get billed $79.95 WHICH IS IN THE VERY SMALL PRINT. TNEN YOU GET ENROLLED IN SOME MONTHLY CLUB AT A FEE. You don't know this until they bill you.
We even called to cancell before the time frame. We assumed if you had 14 days to try the product it would be from the day of receipt. Even though it took 6 days to receive it they said we were out of the trial period. A major scam. Stay away from this product or any product by this company.

charging after cancellation
I canceled the cleanwhites trial immediately upon receiving the product trial in the mail. I also called and left them a message to cancel. I have again called to cancel, to no avail, they continue to send product and charge my credit card.

I am totally pissed!

TOTAL SCAM
Please!! don't anybody order from this company. Its a TOTAL SCAM and very misleading. I ordered my 14 day trail on Oct. 4th and thought i was getting one product. When I orderd I thought this was going to be fun. ha yeah right. Two days later I received a teeth tray in a box, which is the trial. I know that now. That same day I was billed $49.95 from my credit card. So I called and said I received a teeth tray, and I want to send it back because of the $49.95 charge and to cancel my subscription. The lady took off the charge and told me to keep the product as a gift. (Yeah some gift) On Oct. 19th I was billed $79.95. By now I was really upset, so I called customer care again and asked about this charge and why it was on there. They said I was supposed to return the teeth tray that the lady said I could keep.

Well heres how they get you. I ordered on Oct. 4th. They sent the teeth tray to me which was $79.95. The $49.95 was for a teeth whitening pen which i never orderd and was never sent to me. That was the product that I could keep, but it was never sent to me. Even though I told the operator that i had the teeth whitening tray. when I tried to get this all sorted out the companies operators were very disrespectful and uncooperative. Even though I followed the proceduers they told me to do. I still don't get my $79.95 back. I even asked to send it back now and they won't let me because the 14 day trial is up.

Oh and if you do send it back within the 14 days, you have to pay $6.99 from them and they will send the shipping label. Now how in the world will you be able to try the product, call them and ask for a return shipping label, then have them mail it to you, then you mail back to them and they have to process it. All in 14 days, (Yeah right)

One of the biggest scams I've seen so far, Also big hint (dazzlesmilepro and Smile Brite are just as bad or even worse) Don't waste your time and most importantly don't waste your money.

additional charges and products
Ordered a sample and was charges $.99 to credit card. Sample was disppointing, and I cancelled further shipments by phone the same day. Additional charges appeared on my card for $89, $49 and $79. When I contacted their customer service, I was told that they were for additional products THAT WERE NEVER SENT, and that I was supposed to call them for a return code and return them at my expense. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS. I did not have anything to return! This is a terrible way to do business, and this company is advertised all over the web as "A housewife's secret to whiter teeth". I hope people will learn that it is nothing but a scam to be forced to buy shoddy products you didn't want!

Scam
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I canceled my 14 day trail on day 14 and they are charging me for an order of cleanwhites - $80. A 14 day free trial should mean 14 days of a free trial. The Representatives have lied to me on the phone. I was guaranteed 2 times that I will get a call from a Supervisor in 24 hours and that hasn't happened still...2 days later. The last Rep I spoke with hung up on me. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm so angry with myself that I feel prey to a "free trial" scam.

FREE TRIAL OFFER
Was browsing my internet home page and found "free trial" offer for whiter teeth and a new anti-wrinkle cream from Dermapril. Filled out all information for free trial---including my credit card information on a "secure financial form page". . . The company proceeded to deduct over $160 dollars out of my account without notification or an invoice stating that this would be done. Once again, this is why people (including myself) will NOT EVER shop on line.----Sincerely...s.kipp Macon Ga.

FRAUD
One of many it looks like that got scammed on their free trial. Also MSN for letting an article on how CLEANWHITES HAS A FREE TRIAL OFFER and how great it worked. You would think the government by now would put a stop to these companies and levy high fines for FRAUD!So I guess anyone can take advantage of false advertising and get away with it in our country. Its a shame since I here this company is owned by foreigners...
