First of all, the website, company name, product, and account to which credit card is charged ARE ALL DIFFERENT! they make it almost impossible to figure out what you purchased and from whom. I called to cancel and they told me to do it from the website. I followed the directions and got an email stating this:
"Thank you for using Staywhites!

We have received your cancellation and you will no longer receive shipments from us. There is no reason to return your product or take any further action; your cancellation is now complete.

Please enjoy your remaining supply of Staywhites and we hope to one day earn your business again.

Best,
Staywhites Customer Service"

A month and 2 weeks later, I see a charge of $76.97 to toothwhthelp.com. When I call them, they say that I didn't return the product and I was charged as was described in the "agreement". The product I received was worth about $20, of which I would have agreed to pay. They were having none of it and I could tell from the tone of the representative that they get A LOT of these types of calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
