I WAS TAKEN BY A "TRIAL" OFFER FOR TEETH WHITENERS THAT MUST BE USED IN UNISON WITH ANOTHER "SO-CALLED" BRAND. I ESSENTIALLY FELL FOR IT! SO TWO PACKAGES ARRIVED AND I THOUGHT IT ODD THAT THEY WERE BOTH CLEANWHITES AND NO OTHER BRAND. SO I CALLED TO CANCEL AND FOLLOWED THE ORDERS REGARDING THE PROPER WAY TO SHIP BACK ITEMS. I, FORTUNATELY, PAID FOR SPECIAL AIR AND TRACKING. WHEN I CALLED CLEANWHITES TO CONFIRM CANCELLATION, I WAS TOLD THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY HAD GIVEN ME MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. THIS INFO HAD NOT BEEN PRESENTED TO ME UPON THE INITIAL CANCELLATION CALL. AGAIN, I WAS PROMISED I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. ONE WEEK LATER FROM DATE OF FIRST ARRIVAL, I RECEIVED ANOTHER PACKAGE FOR ANOTHER BRAND OF WHITENER. I CALLED AND CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FOUND I HAD BEEN CHARGED THE PREVIOUS DAY $87.62 BY A COMPANY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF CALLED PRISTINE HEALTH. I CALLED THE BANK AND RECEIVED A PHONE NUMBER WHICH WAS BLOCKED FROM CALLS WITH A MESSAGE THAT THIS NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. THIS WAS NOT A STANDARD "OUT OF ORDER" REPORT, BUT ONE MADE BY THE RECEIVER OF THE CALLS. I WENT ONLINE AND IMMEDIATELY WAS ALARMED TO SEE THE FRAUDULENT CASES LINK, READ A FEW REPORTS AND WAS AMAZED TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ABUSED THIS WAY. I CALLED CLEANWHITES AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY WERRE NOT GOING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT UNLESS THERE WAS NORECEIPT OF PACKAGE I RETURNED, THAT THEY HAD BEEN TRACKING IT AND IT WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE, SO THERE WOULD NOT BE A CHARGE. LIARS!!! I HAD TO CUT UP MY CARD AND CALL EVERYONE WHO TAKE AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT-WITH MY PERMISSION !!! THIS IS LUDRICRAS!

I did not order this product my bank account was charged 79.95 an 5.95 shipping an handling I did not recieve the product but have emails on my windstream account were someone had tried to cancel the order before the trial date was up, I got the number and called them and explained what had happened and they said they couldn, t do anything about it and what return my money the money was not in my account so I had a overdraft fee alsothe only thing I use this account for is e-bay and my life insurance policy payment. I had ordered something from e-bay I thought I had 21.00 dollars in there this caused tat to be overdrafted now I, am 333.00 dolars overdrafted on my bank account what can I do I, am on disability, it will take me forever to pay this up to clear my account up, what can I do.

14 day Free trial. Will not charge until after the 14 days. Received on Oct 28, 2009 which was the 14th day according to document in box. Website is set up so you really don't see the $79.95 they are going to charge and the page you input credit card, the fine print is below line of sight so you don't see it unless you look for it. Listed in terms & conditions. If you don't see it or read it you can get screwed.
They debited my account on Oct 31, 2009 before I could even get it out of the box. Managed to find the site and page to cancel and refuse shipments. Now I will have to notify my bank of unauthorized transaction. The request for UPS return label tells you cancelation was received...no more shipments and no reason to return your product or take further action...cancelation complete.
Don't believe everything you see. Call your bank and file immediately or it gets worse. Dealt with this kind of thing before. If they don't cooperate we turn them into Texas Attorney General with all the other complaints. Follow thru in your own state.

Never use anything other than a credit card and not your personal. I never keep more than what I am going to pay for in a card I use for internet purcases just for this reason. Good Luck!!!

I ordered the free 14 day trial two days ago. Since then I have been called literally every 5 minutes on my mobile during business hours to confirm my order. I confirmed and they keep calling! I spoke to several people who assured me they'd take me off the call list, but they didn't and the calls continued. Then today I received a charge for $49.95 for the "regular" product when my trial hasn't even arrived yet! This is a deal that is too good to be true - I don't know anything about the product but I already know it's already not worth the headache. I'm going to decline the charge but I'd recommend staying away. The website says you have 14 days from the time you place your order to cancel so you don't get hit with being in "the club" but they don't wait. You get the charge on day 2.
