This is truly unbelievable the way these people do business, I my self have had this service since June 1, 2010 and now its September 22, 2010 .Just can’t take it any more they have a speed cap on me now and before that they was cutting my service out every night from 10pm-12am to 7am-9am . I complained every night in the chat because as you know that after 10pm you can’t call them you have to wait until 9am.When 9am arrive my service comes back on by its, but they have techs in the chat that can never help you or get it up and running .Then they decide to send a new modem and no problem for three weeks .and for three weeks I have speed caped. I told the person in the chat today that thought that they were capping service, and that I have a prepaid account, and that I want a full refund because I already paid and have been paying for a service that you all advertise but can not or will not provide.to make a very long story short .told her that they just lost a costumer .But now I have a modem that I paid for and was a total waste of money because they advertise and con people into buying this.
