I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered contact lenses after no ordering from this company for over 2 years because my first experience with them was a nightmare because they sent me damaged stock, so I thought I would give it another go to find I received the product, paid by check immediately, my check was cashed and since then I have received FIVE letters to say I have not paid, then a receipt for payment (which I had paid of course) and now they have used my Visa card from my order over TWO YEARS AGO and taken the payment for the second time. I have contacted them by both phone and email and nothing has been done about it. When I ask for contact details of the CEO or Head Manager I get ignored and I now have paid TWICE for one shipment. I am now contacting a fraud agency to see what they can do - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES AND USE ILLEGAL MEASURES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY more than once - they are major scumbags!
