I have had nothing but trouble with this company's equipment from the start. Now for the last week or so I can not keep connected to the wireless internet for more than 5 or 6 minutes. I have talked with customer support several times to fix the problem but it still persists. Yesterday they put me on hold for over a half hour and never did get to me before I got tired of waiting and hung up. A couple weeks ago I had a different problem and after talking with support for approx 1 hour, their specialization team said they would have to look into the problem further and get back to me later. When I asked the original representative when that might be (a day, 2 days, a week or what ) he said he could not tell me nor could the specialized support team. "I WAS PISSED". After sleeping on it I decided that that was so stupid that I called the company back to see what and when they would get back to me and the guy I talked to that time tryed one thing and took care of the problem. I am 59 years old and computer stupid, and even I know more than these clowns.<br />
It seems that the people working in customer support don't have a clue about their own equipment and how to fix problems.<br />
Also they have this little scam where they lease the wireless modem to you and charge you twice for one piece of equipment. They say that the two $5.99 charges every month is one charge of $5.99 because it can dial up a 3G network and the second because it can dial up a 4G wimax network. How F-----g stupid is that? I have never in my life been charged two seperate monthly charges for one piece of equipment. And by the way they conveniently forget to mention the two charges when you sign up. They tell you there is a $5.99 monthly charge to lease the modem but never mention the second charge.<br />
I told them that they were going to reverse one of those monthly charges and that I would never ever pay twice for one piece of equipment. After threatening to cancel the whole thing and stiff them for any bill currently owed they agreed to only charge me one fee of $5.99 per month for the equipment lease. We will have to see what happens with this months billing and every month down the road. <br />

I am planning on cancelling this thing as soon as I get something else. This company is not to be trusted!!!
