I got hired by Clear and as a rep I had to purchase the modems. I did not want to buy the product and add more to my budget. I have been trying to return my modems for at least a year. First they want 40$ per item to total 80$. They suggested finding someone to take over the account but once I did they offer the person a better deal if he purchased from them. They keep saying I owe them 75$. Not only did I pay that money when I cancelled the account they were supposed to send me a check which I later found out was a lie because they do not give money back.
I want to find a place I can complaint to a higher up instead of talking to the cleverly trained customer service people. ARGHHHHH!!! OH! the people I signed up with to sell this crap no longer work with Clear and cannot help me. This is way too much for something I did not want to get in the first place.
