Complete lack of customer service
I would have to agree with the rest of the posts that Clearwire has a complete lack of customer service. For the SECOND time, one of my e-mail addresses completely disappeared. Not my fault but Clearwire's. Last time this happened, I got the runaround until I finally gave up. This time, it was an account I use for my business, my friends and my family. For three weeks, I lost business while playing their call us, write us, call us, write us game. Finally, after nicely explaining on Thurday that I was losing money every day, customer service finally offered to put me on their expedite list (nice of them to not offer that three weeks ago). The very next day, they called to say that my e-mail had been fully restored. My husband took the message and then I checked. What a lie! Not a single e-mail, archived e-mail, contact or even trash in there. I tried to reach them but their site was down Friday and Saturday. So today, I contact and am told by Customer NON-service rep Devon Johnson that it just isn't there and that I could call another number and their "higher level technicians" might be able to help if I call them. No way to reach them via e-mail apparently. So I ask for a supervisor's e-mail (I prefer to handle these items via e-mail so that I have documentation. I believe this is why they prefer to handle via phone!) and am told that their supervisors don't have e-mail access. Seriously? Or do they just not want to give one of many disgruntled customers the address? So I told him that I was seriously thinking about finding another provider. Did he offer to discount my service to make up for it? Offer to contact these higher level techs for me? Offer to have a supervisor call me? Nope. He told me he was sorry I felt this way. Well thanks, that makes up for all of it . . . NOT! I have never had a problem with my service but every time I have to contact Customer NON-Service, I have problems. As soon as I find a new provider, I am outta here!
