I bought a Clementoni puzzle (code: 39072, kitty and the bear) a
while ago from Istanbul / Turkey but unfortunatelly when I finished the puzzle it appeared that 1 piece of the puzzle was missing. Then, I emailed the situation and asked how can I get the missing piece.
The aswer I got from the company was:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for the interest shown in our products and company. We are sorry that you have encountered problem to complete your puzzle. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the “missing pieces service” at the present time is not provided in your country, but just in those listed in the card that you mailed us. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely hope to be able in the near future of meeting more fully the expectations of our consumers in your area. Thanks With our best regards,
Clementoni Asia Limited"
That does not solve my problem! If the Clementoni sells a product at Turkey than, it has a responsibility not only to sell but also to help its costumers when puzzle pieces are missed. But after all my emails I received only an appology! This kind of appology is not acceptable. I have spent more than a month to finish my puzzle, I also spent 40 TL to buy it.
I demanded missing piece or the money I spent back but the answer I got is "we applogize we can not do anything".
I am very dissapointed, and I want this to be fixed up.
