	MeaganL November 5, 2010 They charged my credit card $42.74, I was going over my bank statement, and found a charge from www.cleverbridge.net koeln deu. I have never heard of this company, nor have I ever bought anything from them. How should I go about dealing with this?
	brad 13 February 9, 2010 unauthorized payment access cleverbridge.net accessed my credit card and withdrue two amounts one of $24-95c and one of $19-95c on the 10th and13th of Jan 2010 with no indication of what it was for. I have not downloaded software or renewed any software programs. If anyone can advise me what to do about it and where I can contact someone to find out about it.

	Neil Pickering September 24, 2009 using my credit card for unauthorised payment. Have just received my Vanquis Credit Card statemnt and find that on th 23rd. August there is a transaction from cleverbridge.netkoeln DF for £23.74 of which I know absolutely nothing about. How do I get this amount refunded? Thank you
	BAA September 3, 2009 Charge on CC I was charged for $ 9.99 on Aug. 15, 2009. I have no idea what this charge is for. I will be calling the company after I fill out this form. It said it was for a download that occured online, but didn't give what it actually was.
