Never recieved order

I ordered a complete t.v. seires from this company, they took my money and never sent my order. There is no phone number or address to write to, it is like they fell of the face of the earth. Never buy from this company they are a rip-off.

Fraud

Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. I am not happy with the quality of this product at all. I feel the website is extremely misleading and false. The website stated new and what I received is far from being a new product. Do not order from this company. Any suggestions on how to get this matter resolved.
