Payed for unlimited access, couldn't complete order but payment was taken. Contacted cust service and got a reply with a couple direct member links and my username and password. Links don't even start the browser looking for the page.

Instructions said if the links don't work to cut and paste the links into browser, but still does nothing. Linked to the site the way I found it to begin with and went to members page. It asked for username and password, so I think finally getting somewhere, but after I input the information, it takes me to the page that I signed up to begin with, and asks me to pay to join site. continuous loop.

The only thing that seems to work is the page that takes your money. This is the second transaction I've made with this company. I use Paypal, so I was able to get my money back, but without that I don't believe I would have a chance. The customer service seems automated responses, just to keep you trying.

I was trying to get court records for a background of myself. I was myself. I was ask to pay a one time fee of $25.95. To begin the process. Once payment was receive the web page went down and I was not able to pull it back up. Also there was not a phone number available for me to call!

I signed up for a VIPMembership Plus account Order numberMJNQ17FD for search capabilities to find non-paying customers for my mini storage I looked for one person about 15 minutes did not locate that person and was then told that I used up all my credits I would have to purchase more the VIP package cost me 39.94 in US dollars. When I got that message I asked if that was all I got for 39.94 and was told only that I needed to purchase more credits. This is a total scam and would like information to file complaints about this company so no one else will be fooled into paying that much for nothing...
