Not sure where to start! Ordered Cosby Show in early December. My credit card company called me the next day to report suspicious activity. This made me nervous, so I told them not to process the charge. Some person from the DVD company called within a couple of days to let me know that the payment was denied. I told them that I had cancelled the order and not to ship. Yesterday I get a package from the Post Office that I have to sign for. It's from China and you cannot read anything on the packaging slip because it's in Chinese. I opened it and found very poor quality DVD's...I probably could have copied them better myself! Hand written information, etc. I called my credit card company and spoke with the Fraud Department. In process of filing a claim. Very frustrated as well. Would be very interested in helping to get this investigated, but not sure where to start. Obviously, there are a lot of us out there! Suggestions?

Order and recieved complete DVD set of Petticoat Junction. Very displeased with the poor picture quality of this set. I would not order another item from this company and advise anyone else not to order either.

I ordered Dark Shadows suppose to be the complete series 132 dvd's. What I got was the complete MPI set which was copied, in poor quality, that starts with episode 210 to episode 1245. The complete series should start with episode 1 in my opinion. Anyway there are epidodes missing(413 -422) and disc that repeat such as disc 22 & 23 have the same thing on it, disc 84 repeats disc48. Disc 2, doesn't play disc 9 & 30 get stuck and won't play.and it's all on 106 disc not 132.I tried to contact them but I get page not found. I am going to complain to ebay about it as that is where I found them. Thanks JKlein
