	Hank J. March 9, 2011 Money was taken from my checking account On Dec. 3 my order for dvd set was processed on Dec. 7 money was taken from my checking account. I have been trying to contact them since the week before Christmas & have had no responce. I have no address, no phone #, what can I do?
	Donna Knapp February 20, 2010 quality of merchandise purchased a series of dvd's for a Christmas gift for my son, it was delivered after Christmas and several of the dvds were defective. Notified the company numerous times with no response as of yet. These cost $45.00 plus shipping, very upset with this company and the lack of concern for this matter. Will never order from them again and will continue to discourage anyone from ordering from them until I get satisfaction.
	FRANCES MOORE February 1, 2010 oder on line I ordered bonanza complete series from company clickdvdmedia.com they charged my card 2 times for 119.90 they have no phone number no us address i emailed company by there wed PAGE they will not respond i told them to cancel my order credit my card and that i have reported them to my credit card company the way i found out they were fake was the charge on the card was for ultimatedvdserie when i went on line to check this company out when i typed in the name the complaint board web page came up i read all about the company and i canceled my card as fast as i could but it was to late they haD CHARGED IT 2 TIMES. I wish there was a way thay the faudulent companies coulod be red flaged i did not know and i could be out ot over 200.00.
	pat2171 January 3, 2010 terrible quality product Ordered Little House on the prairie complete set on 4 Dec $85.00 plus $20 shipping they charged my card right away the product was shipped directly from China and sat in customs. finnaly received product 22 dec. All disk look cheep and the picture quality is the worst I have ever seen. Each DVD only runs for about five mins. and the audio sounds like a warped record. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!
	Seara86 December 28, 2009 poor quality product! i purchased a Laverne and Shirley complete dvd set from Dvd media for 71.90 and what they sent me was a computer generated cover with all 25 dics just thrown in plastic selves this is just totally unacceptable
	Lynn Johnson December 24, 2009 clickdvdmedia.com Placed an order on Dec 2. Credit card charged on Dec 7. Have heard nothing from the company since order placed. No phone number or address on website. emailed their "contact us" address several times, no response. It is now Dec 24 so clearly they are not nor ever intended to send the product ordered. Don't order from them - donate the money to charity instead (at least you get a tax deduction that way).
	Livia_hockeychic December 23, 2009 I have been Had!!! internet shopping scam I guess! Scammed by ClickDVDMedia.com On November 26th, 2009 I bought the JAG series box set, as a christmas present. Like the others I've read, I too received a conformation number and saying that it was processed. My credit card was charged... (I paid through Pay Pal) they did send me a tracking number, however it said, when I checked that it made it to my country, on DEC 6th, but then nothing after that... Here it is Dec 23rd, no DVD BOX SET, and I have had no luck getting a reply from [email protected]... Any suggestions On what I can do? they already got my money... help please and thank you. from a person who will never purchase anything on line again...
	ANTHONY SILVESTRO December 19, 2009 Material recieved recieved order from China, box in which material was shipped was broken, crushed, also box that DVD's were in was broken, sleeves DVD's were in appeared to be drug across a dirty floor, and ALL of the DVD's were unviewable, they all displayed "DISC ERROR"
