I have had a horrible experience with this site. I ordered ink from them last month. I paid with paypal and the amount was debited from my account on the 19th. I was supposed to get the product within a couple of days with their free shipping and I still havent gotten my order. Also, after I placed my order, I was sent a confirmation email detailing my order and then almost immediately, within a few minutes, I received another email notifying me that the ink i just ordered was actually not in stock. I've called them a couple of times and the wait time has been between 10-15 minutes before they take your call and both agents told me the reason i havent received my order yet is because they are waiting on a shipment of the ink that they were out of and that as soon as they get it theyll send it to me. Unfortunately, that particular ink is still online as "in stock" as i write this. If I ever get my ink Ill be very surprised. I personally will never use there site to order ink again. Look them up online before you order and see what others are saying. I wish I had. Beware!!

I bought Epson printer ink on 11-29-08, with a GUARANTEE that it would work in my Epson R220 printer or my money back. It did not work, even after calling Clickink for technical help. Clickink sent me a return address label and told me to return it for a full refund. That was 4 months and 20 E-Mails ago. They will not refund my money or contact me, other than an AUTOMATED E-Mail stating they have received my E-Mail.
These are the types of companies that make doing Business on the Internet BAD !!! We have to weed these companies out. Let everyone know that doing business with will not be in their best interest, and that more than likely they will be RIPPED-OFF !!!
