At least 6 weeks ago my boyfriend ordered your super special deal, 6 cartriges for $45. It has taken all this time to get your package and the order was wrong. I was charged $44.95 for one cartrige that is the wrong cartrige. To place this order all one had to do was point and click. I doubt that it was a mistake on our end.
I called customer service and she was rude. She told me I could send it back and she would credit my card. But, I will have to pay for shipping. That is just wrong. It was your mistake. I live a block away from Office Max where we normally buy our ink. One black cartrige is $18. Why would I purchase your black for $44 bucks?
Your customer service agent was not helpful, on the contrary. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said he wasn't available. She took my name and said he would call today. I want swift action on this. He (George) hasn't called
After reading the complaints about you I feel I have been taken for a fool. I am angry and feel you should be ashamed.
