On March 10, I purchased a cell phone (Samsung T409) from them. The item was shipped promptly. However, the item did not work well, and I wanted to return the defective item and exchange it for a new one. To expedite this process, I purchased a replacement, and they offered to give me credit for the returned item. I received the replacement item only after 3 weeks after contacting them several times. The item I returned was received by them on April 11th, but they took a lot of evasive actions to deny crediting my account for the returned item. After four months of contacting them, complaining to my visa card issuer, etc., they responded by saying that I have to produce proof that the item I had sent was received by them. (It was not enough that I had sent them proof that I had mailed the item by insured mail). I had to get a proof of delivery from USPS, before they settled my complaint with my visa card issuer.
Throughout this process, this company behaved in an unprofessional manner, not returning my phone calls, or responding to my emails.
If you know what's good for you, take your business elsewhere. I am taking the time to file this complaint so that others do not have similar experiences. Companies like this HAVE TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF BUSINESS by consumers having information about the negative experiences of other consumers.
