I visited your esteemed clinic on 5th May 2011 as I was having some inflammation on my skin throughout the body. After some soul searching I was directed to Doctor Mauricio. I was lying in the emergency bed for 35 minutes before someone attended me. I have explained the doctor that I am having a skin infection. After which he examined me and then communicated that he will be prescribing an ointment and a tablet which I have to take for 10 days. Then he advised that if required I need to make a review visit. Then he asked the lady sister to give saline through Intravenous. I requested him that this may not be required and but he insisted to increase the bill amount. After that I was again lying in the bed for 25 minutes and still no one attended me. After that I got up and requested the doctor again. On his insistence one lady nurse came and started IV for me. Once the first pouch was finished I was again lying and no one was attending me. I had to carry the saline pouch and walked to the reception where I requested them to leave me. Then again I was standing with my saline pouch in one hand. Then one lady came and pulled the bandage from my hand. It was done in such a hurry that blood started coming out and I was pained. Then I was waiting in the payment counter and it took almost 15 minutes for them to prepare my bill which was COP 147.000. I could see that they have given only one saline pouch but charging for 2. But at that time my priority was to get out of that hell called Clinica Las Vegas.
Personally I will not visit that clinic again and will advise all Indians and my known people not to visit. Thanks for the utmost unprofessional way of handling medical service.
