I went to clinique to purchase a beauty item and the two women working there were flat out rude and unhelpful. They didn't try to help me what so ever and were very very unprofessional. They offered me the product i was looking for in men's beauty and that was clearly a major disappointment for me not listening to what i needed and why would they offer something in men's?!!! They were both useless and should not be working there with attitudes like that. Eventually one they found my product i was looking for and could not wait to get out of there. Never ever am i going to clinique in macys at danbury fair mall again. Very bad people working in the cosmetic department!!!

I order from Clinique yesterday. I was really happy with the service I got from Belk. I want to go back and buy some more from her, but because I couldn't go yesterday, I decided to order online instead. I wish I have never order it online. I probably wouldn't have to experience the bad experience.

I place the order. Later I got an email that said it was unable to process through and for me to call them. I call the phone they provided me.

The guy I talk to on the phone was KIT. I ask what's wrong with the card. He told me the address didn't match. I ask him if I need to call the bank. I need to know what I should do next to make the order go through. He told me I don't need to call the bank. He just kept on repeating the address don't match. I told him maybe it's because I just change the address that day. My husband had forgotten the address on the card since we move so much and I have updated it. I ask if that could be the problem. He just told me the address don't match. Why is he arguing with me? He was so harsh with me. I don't understand why he would want to argue. I am so UPSET!

I worked in retail for seven years so I do not consider myself an unreasonable person when it comes to customer service. However, when I had to stand at the Clinique counter today (in Belks) for 20 minutes while the employee chatted with two elderly women, I got extremely irritated. I got even more so when the two other women working in the different cosmetic sections just blankly stared at me. When another woman with a gallon of make-up on her face (eyebrows drawn on wider than my thumb) came up to where I was, the other two women almost fell over themselves to help her. Yes, maybe she's older, wears more make-up, and probably spends ridiculous amounts of money on cosmetics, but I was still amazed. I look like I'm 15, even though I'm 23, but I never discriminated against age when I worked in retail. I went ahead and spent $150 on Clinique online this afternoon. I'm done with Belk's Clinique. I would not recommend shopping there unless you enjoy bad customer service or support age discrimination.
