unauthorised taking from bank account

I bought a £3.95 sample as advertised and they took another £96 from my account. On bank's advice I have closed account and opened a new one as they could continue. Fraud dept are aware of this companyand say it is unlikely I will get any money back

charges of something that was not aware

I called this phone number because i never hear from them. when i called the girl told me that they have send to me a fre trial which i was no aware of and i never receive. she told me that when I get the product to send it back, but they did, t pay attention to me because i never fill out any free ftrial, receive any free trial and i dont know the web. they refused to give it to me. Please they deducted 96.35 from my account and i asked then from where you got my credit card and she told me all you have to do is returned the product and we reimber you. i will never spend this money in a cream or a product. i will appreciate if you can help me. y e-mail is [email protected].
