Never shipped product
I ordered a clock on 4/20/2011. They sent an e-mail order confirmation and charged my credit card the same day. I've called their contact number at least 20 times since and sent various e-mails to inquire about the shipment date. All I get is a phone message that they're not taking phone calls buy will reply to e-mails the same day. I haven't been able to get any response from them. Don't buy from this outfit!

Contact with company is almost impossible
I ordered and paid for a clock. I never received the clock. Contact with company is almost impossible. I was told item was shipped but was never received.

Order Never Received
I ordered a clock on 1/13/11. The status says, "Completed." I emailed them after two weeks, but got no reply. I called few days later. Whoever answered the phone answered with, "Hello?" I said, "Hello?" He said, "Would you please hold?" Then, I was put on "eternal" hold. He never returned. I emailed again. No reply. They were quick to take my money, though!

Order Paid for Not Received, Never Shipped!
I ordered a clock on 1/1/11 ("usually ships within 48 hours"). On 1/5/11 payment for the clock was taken out of my account. When I "tracked order" it still stated "order not shipped" I sent three email inquires and did not receive any replies at all. On 1/12/11 I called the toll free number and got apologies and was told that my order shipped on 1/11/11 and they were waiting for the tracking number to post...something's not adding up at all and after reading similar complaints I realize that this company must not be legitimate. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

Very disappointed in New Hampshire...check out their Mission Statement and Customer Service policy that I have cut and pasted from their website page...don't fall for it...they are not a legitimate company...no wonder CA is bankrupt! Scamming and stealing money from others is not going to solve your problems!

I ordered my clock on jan 5th 2011- have repeatedly tried to call them and get put thru to voicemail and also sent emails asking for updates- still nothing- DONT UTILIZE THEIR SITE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING!

Stay away
Order has not been shipped and it has been 23 days! The item was apparently on back order which was not indicated at the time of my order and they never informed of that until I called looking for my order 10 days later. There was a UPS tracking # for my order however it was for billing purposes only. When I called AGAIN to find out what was going on, they voided the UPS tracking number #. My order is still M.I.A. Their website states that orders are shipped in 2-3 days...who are they kidding?!!
