I bought a pair of earings a week ago and I happened to change my mind about them when I tried them on with my outfit. On the receipt, it said "No refund, Exchange only", which was fine by me. I returned to the store with the intention of exchanging the earings for something else. The store manager would not accept the earings because apparently "she had given me a discount on them, and they don't accept "discount items" back. First of all, I had no idea she gave me a discount; secondly, she had the nerves to say that I WAS BEGGING HER FOR A DISCOUNT ON EVERYTHING AT THE TIME I WAS BUYING THE EARINGS which was very impertinant of her, looking me in the eyes and lying!
She just lost a very good customer and I hope I won't be the only one she loses!
A Liar and a Very bad businesswoman, be careful if you ever go to that store.
