Given the Telephone Run Around
May 17, 2011 I called (800)728-7825 to schedule a pick up for three bags of clothing. I spoke with Vince, the pick up was scheduled for Wednesday, May 18th between 8-4 p.m. On May 18th I called Vince to get an estimated time for the pick up. He informed me they no longer pick up in my area. I was angry, why wasn't I called after error was noticed or maybe it wasn't noticed until I recalled. He apologized and told me to call (312) 738-4367. I called the number and spoke with Mike I gave him my address and he gave me another telephone number. I tried to explain to him what happened and I wanted to speak with someone in charge. He said he was very busy and gave me (219) 882-9377 . When I called the telephone number given by Mike I was back where I started (800)728-7825. The clothes were never picked up and part of my day was wasted making phone calls.

employee abuse
The company is not giving time sheets to clock in/out of work and there for not keeping track of hours to be paid to employees. They are not giveing full amount of money earned to employees. They steal some money from paycheks. They also dont get regular brakes wich are 2 ten minute brakes and a half hour brake by law if employee works eight hour shifts. They are also not paying the over time they are making employees work for.

Online shopping order that I have yet to receive
I ordered a hooded sweat shirt from Fli Pelican's online clothing store on December 8th 2010 as a christmas present for my 19 year old son. As of today, January 12, 2011, I've yet to receive it. I paid for it through paypal. I've sent 7 emails and called at least 4 times attempting to find out the status of my order (left voicemail messages). I received a phone call this past Saturday (1/8/11) from someone asking me what I ordered and what my email address was. I was promised that Nino, the owner of the company would call me. As of this evening (1/12/11), no call from Nino. I called tonigh very angry and frustrated with their pathetic customer service and to once again try and find out about the status of my order. They asked the same questions. I asked for my money back...we'll see...stay tuned. Dont ever order from this pathetic company, what a major SHAM!

Closeout Explosion (Donny Lowy)
Paid almost $2000 back in November 2009 for mens clothing.
Have received nothing to date. Was first told that he was waiting for them to come in to stock. Answer was always "next week". In February I asked for my money back and he refused. I told him I am willing to take any products he had, to the value of what I had paid and still I have received nothing.
I cannot understand how he is allowed post replies here, the replies above sound exactly like what he says on phone or by email but they mean nothing. Just more BS from a conman. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS MAN REGARDLESS OF HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND THEN BECOME THE NEXT POSTER ON HERE.

I work for Ross. I won't complain about how low the managers treat the employees or the poor pay, dirty store, bathroom etc...but I will complain about the customers. I work back in the fitting room and get so tired of woman that wears a size 14 or 18 bringing back size 7 and 9 Jr's blue jeans. They come out and hand all 8 to me and say, "I don't want any of these, they didn't fit!"...well dud...go to the right department and get your clothes, then they WILL fit.

Then I get really pissed when they return with 8 more, this time size 11 and 13...for heaven sakes...learn the size you wear. I have to put all of that stuff back on the floor, just because of stupidity. Oh yeah, I forgot about the ones that come out with the clothes all balled up and push them in my chest and say I don't want any of these...hell, were they balled up when you went in with them? I know what you are thinking..."It's your job! sure it is, but still show the fitting room lady some respect.

I would like to know where some of thoes people work and come to their job and act "uncaring" such as going into a bank...open an account with one teller, then turn around and close it at another teller, oh, maybe repeat this a couple of times. Do you think the teller would like that? Well I could always say to her...it's your job! :)

money withdrawl without authorization
I ordered clothing from Haband, and received them OK.
I checked my bank statement and the amount I authorized as Ok, but
also seen on my account that $1.97 was withdrawn to the company of
Haband Perks without my permission, I let that pass until I resently saw that $14.98 was withdrawn on 6/20/2009 to Haband Perks
without my authorization.
I sent an e-mail to the Company and got no results, now I want to have monies redeposit to my account, and I am no longer going to purchase any more items, and will let my friends know that is happening.
