We started buying to CM Export Inc in 2003. After 9 regular deliveries, we prepaid on the 26th of December its proforma invoice 20067965 for US $ 13, 238.00. Until today, almost 4 years later and after several claims, we have not yet received the goods we paid for. Neither have we received the money back.
