I am getting charged for something I have never even touched. I dont even know how they got my information!

Recieved an unauthorized charge of the amount of $95.88. Went to the website and according to their records i was signed up for membership without knowledge on the 5 of Feb. I was informed by navy federal that i never made any online transaction from Jan-Present. I recall making a Proflowers transaction last year, how my account information from that website ended up on CMG is still a mission at hand. I cancelled my membership. They offered me the option of crediting my navy federal account after submiting two opinion based questions.
They also offered me to extend my membership free of charge yet it would be $7.99 monthly. I don't know about you readers but that is just too ridiculous to even make sense. We are facing hard times with our economy right now. Some of us are living paycheck to paycheck and were informed on our billing statement today that we are overdrafted $95.88 and demand a refund for that exact amount for not having used the services. It's a shame that these online scammers lack integrity and have the audacity to steal identity information and more importantly money, from an honest active duty US Navy Corpsman who is currently deployed and defending this great nation from harms way. I pray they do the honorable action.

I just listed my complaint about being charged $83.88 for a service I did not know about. My spouse signed up not knowing exactly what it is. It could be a good thing if you research it and do alot of online shopping. Anyways, we call the company and they credited our credit card and were very professional, courteous, and understanding. If you run into this problem, I am sure you will be treated well.

Just learned that we have been "taken" for $59.82. I telephoned CMG and they are more than happy to "cancel" the service we never signed up for, but WILL NOT reimburse our account. I am contemplating filing a Class Action Law Suit against CMG, should anyone be interested in this action please contact me at [email protected].
