I operate a website The Merchant Brokers Exchange and through dropshipauction - one of my suppliers - I attempted to offset my customers' shipping charges. Suddenly I was hit with an unauthorized charge of $83.88. Apparently, dropshipauction has an affiliate banner on their website that misled me.

Fortunately, a Yahoo search directed me to this website where several complaints had been lodged. I used the posted telephone number and extracted a refund.

I purchased flowers from proflowers.com Mothers Day of 2008 and again Aug 08. I remember there being a popup when I was checking out with them. but I certainly didn't sign up for a monthly program. Over a year later, I was charged $83.88 to my credit card. I called them to find out why and they told me I "apparently didn't read the agreement when I clicked on the pop-up. " I know for sure I never signed up for this. I only purchased the flowers using my credit card. In addition, something called Easy Saver has been charging me $14.95 a month for over a year. I thought it was my netflix because it is the same amount. I finally looked into it because of the recent charge of $83.88 and called the number and it was through the proflowers site as well. Easy Saver cancelled my so-called "membership" but wouldn't issue a refund. CMG said they will issue a refund but have yet to see if they will honor their word. I feel like I have been scammed for wanting to do the right thing and do something nice for those I love on Mother's Day and birthdays. I thought proflowers had a good reputation and was a safe site. Don't be fooled- do not even click on the pop up and do not order from proflowers.com. With all the complaints out here you would think something could be done about this.

This company took $83.88 from my account without my authorization and I have no idea where they got my card number I ordered a set of miracle blade knives and clicked on a freeshipping item on bottom of page but I never completed anything that would allow them to take money out of my account and I am very very pissed off over this and I am demanding something be done about these worthless predators and blood suckers
