I ordered a FREE sample, and gave my bank details to pay for postage. No sample arrived. But a month later the product arrived and $96. was taken out of my account plus the postage of $9.95 for the free sample. I could not get through on their ph number. When I questioned this through their e-mail address they said the sample was on back-order. I have now been charged twice for the $96.00. When the first product finally did arrive a month later, unwanted, I sent it back. I have still to hear back from them. In the meantime they are still taking money out of my account without my consent.

recxently( october 2010) I completed an online survey reportedly originating from google where the thankyou for completing the survey was the choicw of three products one of which was this collagen rich facial serum for just the price of the postage (approx £1.99). when I checked the credit card statement recently I have noticed that a charge of £87.76 has been collected by this company without my authorisation. I am unable to contact google although I have tried to and when I tried to contact the company themselves I have been directed to this website and it appears that this is not the only complaint about them. my contact details are [email protected]
