I have purchased several parts from this vendor, mostly motherboards. I had to RMA 3 motherboards over a 2 month period and had an awful time dealing with them. They lost one main board, and it took an agregiuos amount of time to get any replacements or fixes. I will not buy from them anymore. I am very disappointed with their customer service.
