Never, Never, Never do business with these people. I had web hosting with a company called Niche Simple, they apparently had leased services from a company called Dataword to do support and they leased out servers. I had hosting through Niche Simple and pre-paid for a year. I had 700 sites built out with them. Apparently, so the story goes the owner of Dataword died and within two weeks all of our hosting was turned off. First it was a server issue but when this story came out it was a contractual issue with the company that had the actual servers. Well it was another day before all of the websites the had under their service did a message appear telling people that if they wanted to resume their sites they would have to sign up with Coastal Internet Solutions for a new hosting package and sign a release holding them harmless. Not only that but they would not honor any past contracts.

In essence they held every customer hostage without access to their data or ability to move their websites. If you have been a victim of this please feel free to contact me at the number above as we are putting together a class action suit against them.
