I was charged 44.85 when I should have been charged 4.95 for the trial size. I didn't have the 44.85 in my account at the time and it caused an overdraft. So I was then charged by my bank a $35.00 overdraft fee. I want a refund of the 44.85 and the 35.00 for the overdraft fee.

BTW--when I tried to call the company, all I got was a recording saying all circuits are busy to try the call later. Well later, guess what? I got the same recording!
