Faulty Product/Warranty
We recently purchased a Coaster (http://www.coasterfurniture.com/Item.aspx?ItemID=1241976538&ItemNum=501881N) couch and love seat from a family run local furniture store about 6 months ago. Coaster has a 1 Year Warranty posted on its site (http://www.coasterfurniture.com/current/warranty_2011.pdf) for all its products so we felt comfortable buying the set. Within 3 months, the seating on the couch started to sag and the trim on the front started to unstaple itself (open staples hanging out) we contacted Coaster and were told to contact the family store we got the set from. That's when we got started in the never ending loop. Finally, after a few months, we were "allowed" to leave a voice mail with someone at Coaster who was supposed to call us back in 48 hours ... that was last week.
Hopefully, they will honor the warranty to so prominently post on their website. We will be updating this situation.

Not Professional
Okay so first I go to Comfyco.com to attempt to purchase the Alvardo dining set, beautiful. I go through Google pay and I never receive an email from that company stating if the purchase was confirmed or not even though Google stated they received the order. So after a couple of days (because I made the purchase on a Saturday and they're not open), I call Comfyco and they tell me that they sent me an email telling me that the product wasn't in stock. Never received it, and then he goes on to tell me that he doesn't know when they will have the chairs in stock.
So today I actually look up Coaster Fine Furniture to try and call them direct to see if they have a date or any information on when they would get this item into stores, the lady started yelling at me about how they can't give consumers that information and then hung up in my face. Before that, I tried calling Comfyco again to see if they had any change on information and the guy kept me on hold forever and I was tired of holding on, never got to my question. He answered and put me on hold immediately.
I really feel in love with the dining set but after this, I will find some other place and another set. This is was just too crazy and unprofessional.

Try dealing with this place. I am having trouble with a piece of furniture, the dealer is getting a runaround, so I contacted the company myself. I was told, very rudely, they don't have to talk to me, only the retailer. They may stand behind their product, but it is a hope and guess when. I am still waiting for a replacement, and it has been over a month, without any solid answer. Beware of any store that sells Coaster Furniture!

Stay away from Coaster. this is the first time I am writing a complaint for a product. SCAM totally SCAM. If you make furniture out of cardboard it will last longer. STAY AWAY if you dont want to waste money.

Scam and cheating!
None of them barely speak English, the products suck and even though they say they will return the products, they will not. In order for them to return anything you have to bring the products to them. How are you suppose to load up a sectional couch? I asked them to come and get it and they refused. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go to someone who is reputable and who has great customer service.
