Cobra Coverage and premiums

Conexis will rip you off. They will first send you a letter stating you no longer have coverage after a certain date. Months go by and you hear nothing and when you call you get nothing from the Incompetent customer services people. I asked speak to speak to a superior and this fool "Morris " says he is the supervisor even though it was the same person. I get a letter last week stating that if I wanted coverage I would need to pay the 4 month prior to make me current. Why should I pay for benefits when I was told I didnt have coverage even though I paid the first premium to elect the coveage. I was told I have to wait for my X employer to pay their portions. So for 5 months Ive been waiting for insurance that I was told I never had and now they say paid the back pay becaues we have figured out your premium. Stay away from CONEXIS they are con artis and when they get caught I want my portion of the class action suit againt this company because I smell fraud. They will blame the employer and the employer blames them but nobody takes care of the customer.

Change Rate

I am writing with a complaint against Cobra Insurance. My husband was recently laid off I had been on the phone with Cobar a few times. I was told that I would receive a packet in mail with the ammount needed to be paid for single coverage and wthat would be the ammount needed to be paid. I sent this ammount in had been calling them all week because I needed my coverage for medical and precriptition needs the reps were very rude. Laren C and Steven. They said I owed 13.89 bbefore I could be covered for something that took place back in Janurary which I did not know anything about. My husbands coverage did not run out untill the end of Feburary. I was not sent any information about a change and sent in what was on the letter. I can't be held responsible because Cobra reps dont do their job. They are telling me that I can't be covered untill this is paid. They won't take phone payment and they wont give me coverage and bill me for 13.89.
Their only advise and quick to want to do is cancell my coverage that sounds like reps who does not want a job.
