last 2008 the code of busines conduct was introduce to us by Pres. Nivell isdel. this COBC is to protect the integrity of the company and last May 2010, the new Company rules and regulation was being put into act, replacing the old CRR.
But!
The question now lingers in every employee(s) who are following the COBC and the NEW CRR is very disappointing...
Still many employees and even people who holds key position in the company are violating the COBC and the NEW CRR...
We are questioning ourselves is the COBC and NEW CRR applicable to rank and file employees, who can easily be apprehended by these High ranking personnel in the company...
We have tried reaching our local HR, but still no actions are being done...
Eng'r Giovanni M. Tanaid and some employees at Coca-Cola Davao Plant are engage in money lending...
Eng'r Tanaid, who is now the Production Superintendent at General Santos Plant is engage in money lending, and during Pay day he comes to davao to give the salaries of those employees, may it be regular or under in different agencies in davao whose ATM Cards are being pawn to Eng'r Tanaid.
I hope that the Coca-cola COmpany in the Philippines is sincere enough in adapting this rules...
